stoobear: what exactly did you "waste your money on, four month ago"?
If you purchased Windowblinds 3.x, then for one thing Windowblinds should start automatically at start up (I believe the shareware version has to be restarted after reboot). Also, when you purchase a Windowblinds version, that is what you buy: a Windowblinds version. You must purchase the new version when it comes out. It's the same for every software. If you buy Windows ME, you don't get Windows XP for free. But, having said that, Stardock is nicer than Microsoft or any other software vendor: if you purchased Windowblinds 3 a short time before Windowblinds 4 is released, then will indeed give you the version 4 for free. I don't know exactly what constitutes "shortly before" though. I think you may try to contact Stardock sales to find out. Besides, Windowblinds 4 is not even out yet. It's still in alpha, not even beta; so you't even purchase it, even if you wanted to.
On the other hand if you "wasted your money" on Object Desktop, four months ago, then you do have access to all the alphas and betas of Windowblinds, along with every other software part of Object Desktop.

But if you don't like customization in the first place, then this is definatly the wrong site for you. Go somewhere else.

just to throw in my input; windowblinds doesn't slow down your computer it speeds it up. the skins here are made for many different reasons, some of those being fance buttons... others being useablity... and if you aren't into all of this modifiation stuff leave... why are you here??? honestly we don't need you here... Troll... and don't ever call anyone elses artwork crap. just because you have no talent of your own, doesn't mean you have to put down someone else who does... and if you think you wasted your money on windowblinds you may be right... the money would have been better spent on a brain... (and just to let you know... no one promised you WB4... you bought WB3 so live with it... it's a good program...)

you'll probably find this either impossible, or think I'm wackybobo, but being Dissoid it was a group thing and edited a bunch before fingers hit the keys...

there are a couple of really nasty teens and a couple of younger ones that had some rather crude suggestion for relocation of a computer monitor, genetic linage and dimensions, weight and live cell count of gray matter, amoung other things.
